I recently had the pleasure of working with Laura from and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. I was looking to purchase an antique diamond pendant and Laura provided me with the most personalized care I've experienced when shopping virtually for jewelry. She was always available to answer my questions, and her empathy and willingness to help were beyond exceptional.
