Shipping Fees

Spicer Greene Jewelers offers free FedEx 2-Day® shipping for online orders of $250 or more delivered within the continental USA. This includes insurance to cover the potential loss/theft of your item. We offer USPS shipping for online orders under $500. Orders under $250 may be upgraded to FedEx 2-Day® for a fee of $15.

Spicer Greene Jewelers offers FedEx shipping with Saturday delivery for an additional charge. If you need your order to arrive on a Saturday, please contact us. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.

We do not offer international shipping.

Item Holds

Transactions over $2500 or transactions including name brand merchandise (ie. Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co.) are subject to up to a 10 day hold at the discretion of Spicer Greene Jewelers.

Shipping Details

Your order delivery method is determined according to the total value of your order before tax. Your shipping method will be listed on your order checkout page.

FedEx® and UPS® require a signature for all deliveries from Spicer Greene Jewelers. This requirement is for your protection. Please do your best to ensure that the recipient of the delivery will be at home to receive the package.

If you have purchased multiple items, they may be shipped separately. In this case, FedEx® and UPS® will require a signature for each package delivered.

We can only deliver to a street address, not a P.O. box.

When Are Packages Shipped?

We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible- ideally, on the day the item is purchased (assuming immediate, in-stock availability); however, there are a number of circumstances (including out-of-stock status, late-in-the-day purchase, etc.) that will necessitate a later shipping date.

Our shipping department is open 9:30am-5:30pm ET, Tuesday through Saturday. Generally, we need to receive an order before 2:30pm ET from Tuesday through Friday, and before 11:00am ET on Saturday, in order to ship it that day.

We will do everything that we can to meet any delivery requirements that you may have. As always, please do not hesitate to contact us with any special requests or questions.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Online orders not guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas.
