Shipping Fees

We offer several shipping methods, and the applicable service is determined by the total merchandise value of the order. Orders valued under $4,999 ship via Ground Shipping at no cost to the customer. Orders with a merchandise value between $5,000 and $9,999 will be shipped using 2‑Day Shipping, and a flat fee of $50 will be charged. Orders totaling $10,000 or more will be shipped using Overnight (Next‑Day) Shipping for a flat fee of $75. Shipping methods and fees are automatically assigned based on order value and may be adjusted at our discretion. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

We do not offer international shipping.

Item Holds

Transactions over $2500 or transactions including name brand merchandise (ie. Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co.) are subject to up to a 10 day hold at the discretion of Spicer Greene Jewelers.

Shipping Details

Your order delivery method is determined according to the total value of your order before tax. Your shipping method will be listed on your order checkout page.

FedEx® and UPS® require an adult signature for all deliveries from Spicer Greene Jewelers. This requirement is for your protection. Please do your best to ensure that the recipient of the delivery will be at home to receive the package.

If you have purchased multiple items, they may be shipped separately. In this case, FedEx® and UPS® will require an adult signature for each package delivered.

We can only deliver to a street address, not a P.O. box.

When Are Packages Shipped?

We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible- ideally, on the day the item is purchased (assuming immediate, in-stock availability); however, there are a number of circumstances (including out-of-stock status, late-in-the-day purchase, request for sizing, etc.) that will necessitate a later shipping date. Additionally, we will not ship items over the weekend as this poses an increased security risk.

We will do everything that we can to meet any delivery requirements that you may have. As always, please do not hesitate to contact us with any special requests or questions.
