Lauren's Custom Design Story - Part II

Lauren created her cast mold with our Custom Jewelry Designer at Spicer Greene Jewelers. Casting is a manufacturing process in which your metal liquid material is poured into a mold, which contains the desired shape, and then allows it to solidify after heat is applied. Once the cast mold has cooled it is taken out of the mold.

After you have completed your design concept with our Custom Jewelry Designer, we will then create the cast model. After the model has been created, you will use the kiln to cast your Custom Jewelry Design. This part of the process is definitely a favorite of our clients, getting to watch their jewelry design take form.
